How To Measure

Take your measurements without wearing clothes that might affect the results. Repeat all measurements and use the largest result.

A - Chest (Circumference)

Measure around the fullest part of your chest under the arms for your total chest circumference, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the ground.

B - Waist (Circumference)

Place tape measure around stomach approximately 2 in./5 cm below top of hip bone and measure the total circumference.

C - Hip (Circumference)

Measure around hip approximately 8 in./20 cm below top of hip bone, place feet together.
